Boundaries
What sellers can — and cannot — do
Keeping these strictly separate is what makes the PrizeProof Verified badge and the draw itself trustworthy.
Sellers can
- Supply and describe the prize, and provide evidence of ownership
- Set out condition, provenance and any known encumbrances honestly
- Track entries, verification progress and fulfilment through your seller dashboard
- Choose from configurable settlement models once approved
Sellers cannot
- Set the entry price, entry cap or competition dates without PrizeProof approval
- Access or influence the draw, the entry pool, or ticket allocation in any way
- Publish a competition directly — every listing goes through compliance review
- Decide your own verification outcome or override an inspection finding
Eligibility
What you'll need to apply
- 18 years or older
- UK resident or UK-registered business
- Evidence of legal ownership (or authority to sell) for the prize
- Successful identity verification (KYC) before any competition goes live
