Limits and self-exclusion

Every account can set weekly and monthly spend caps, and a per-competition entry cap. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising one only takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period, so a moment of impulse can’t undo a limit you set deliberately.

You can also self-exclude for a defined period directly from your account. While self-excluded, entering competitions is not possible.

Signs to watch for

  • Spending more than you planned to, or more than you can comfortably afford
  • Entering competitions to chase previous losses
  • Feeling anxious, guilty, or preoccupied with entering
  • Entering in secret, or hiding how much you're spending from people close to you
  • Neglecting work, relationships or other responsibilities because of it

  • No fake urgency or manufactured scarcity — countdowns only ever reflect real deadlines
  • Entry prices, remaining entries and prize values are shown plainly, with no hidden mechanics
  • A genuine free entry route on every competition, given equal prominence to paid entry
  • Configurable spend limits and self-exclusion, available directly in your account
  • Any increase to a spend limit takes effect only after a cooling-off period — decreases are immediate
